By using Descomplica IR, the user agrees to these Terms and to the current Privacy Policy.

2. Scope of the service

• The app organizes tax information and documents.
• The app facilitates in-platform service with accountants.
• The app is not the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and does not represent any government entity.

3. User responsibilities

• Provide truthful and updated information.
• Send legible documents within the correct tax context.
• Keep access credentials private.

4. Service limits

• The app does not automatically file tax returns with the Federal Revenue Service.
• The app does not guarantee refunds or the absence of tax review.
• Educational content does not replace professional guidance in complex cases.

5. Accountant service

Hiring terms and technical decisions by the accountant are the responsibility of the parties involved. Descomplica IR provides the communication and workflow infrastructure.

6. Security and availability

The app applies security and traceability controls, but temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, fixes or external factors.

7. Intellectual property

The interface, brand and materials of the app belong to Descomplica IR or its licensors.

8. Cancellation and termination

• The user may request account and data deletion according to the current policy.
• The app may suspend access in cases of misuse, fraud or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated periodically. The current version will always display its update date.
